SOLIS BEAUTY – SERVICE POLICY

At Solis Beauty, we take pride in delivering safe, high-quality, and professional treatments for every client.

Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency and consistency across all services.

By booking an appointment or receiving any treatment at Solis Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Appointment Policy

  • All bookings must be confirmed via call, text or our online booking system.
  • Selected services, including Laser, Keratin, Hair Therapy and Packages, may require a deposit.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early.
  • Arrivals of 10 minutes or more late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or an applicable fee.
  • Missed prepaid sessions may be counted as used.
  • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments.

3. No Refund Policy

All completed services, deposits, packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Individual differences in results
  • Slower treatment progress
  • Hormonal or medication-related factors
  • Failure to follow recommended aftercare

4. Lash Extensions Policy

We offer a one-time complimentary repair when 50% or more of the extensions fall out within 2 days, provided the client contacts us within 2 days.

The repair must be completed within 5 days of the original appointment and cannot be exchanged for cash or another service.

Lash retention varies depending on natural lash growth, oil levels, lifestyle and aftercare.

5. Nail Services Policy

Our nail services are covered by a 3-day guarantee, provided proper aftercare has been followed.

If lifting, chipping or breakage occurs within 3 days, a one-time complimentary repair may be provided.

Repairs must be requested within 5 days.

6. Hair Treatments & Shampoo Policy

Professional shampoo and products are included in our hair services.

Clients may bring their own medicated or scalp-care shampoo and inform their therapist before treatment.

External products may affect results, particularly for Keratin or Hair Regrowth treatments.

7. Keratin Treatment Policy

Keratin is a smoothing and repairing treatment, not a permanent chemical straightening service.

It helps:

  • Reduce frizz and puffiness
  • Improve smoothness and shine
  • Improve manageability
  • Enhance softness and hydration

Results generally last around 2–3 months, depending on hair type, washing frequency and aftercare.

Very thick, coarse, curly or damaged hair may require multiple treatments to achieve the desired level of smoothness.

8. Laser Hair Removal Policy

Results vary according to hair colour, thickness, skin type, growth cycle, hormones and aftercare.

A course of approximately 6–10 sessions may be recommended, with maintenance treatments sometimes required.

Before treatment:

  • Shave approximately 24 hours beforehand
  • Do not wax or tweeze for 2–3 weeks
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure and fake tan

After treatment:

  • Avoid hot showers and saunas for 24 hours
  • Avoid intense exercise immediately after treatment
  • Use soothing products if required
  • Apply SPF 30+

9. Skin Treatment Policy

Results from facials, whitening, lifting and advanced skin treatments vary between individuals.

Treatments including DermaGlow 43°C, Gua Sha, Whitening Facial, HIFU, Mesotherapy and Laser are designed to improve skin appearance progressively.

Proper hydration, skincare and sun protection are recommended to maintain results.

10. Massage & Body Treatments

Massage and body treatments are provided for relaxation and general wellness.

Please inform your therapist about any relevant injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before treatment.

If you experience discomfort, inform your therapist immediately so the treatment can be adjusted.

11. Allergy & Health Information

Clients must disclose relevant allergies, medical conditions, medications and skin sensitivities before treatment.

Patch testing may be recommended for selected services.

For safety reasons, Solis Beauty reserves the right to modify or decline a treatment where there may be a significant risk of an adverse reaction.

12. Packages & Monthly Passes

  • For one person only unless otherwise stated
  • Non-transferable and non-shareable
  • Must be used within the stated validity period
  • Non-refundable
  • Missed sessions may be counted as used

13. Professional Conduct

Solis Beauty is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.

Threatening, abusive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate termination of service.

Solis Beauty reserves the right to refuse service where necessary.

14. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information is securely stored and used for booking, treatment and legitimate business purposes.

Photos and videos will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes with appropriate client consent.

15. Parking Policy

Avoid washing your hair for 48–72 hours after the treatment to allow the keratin to fully seal into your hair.

What kind of shampoo should I use after treatment?



Use a sulfate-free and sodium chloride-free shampoo to help maintain the smoothness and shine for longer.

Is the treatment suitable for all hair types?
